Want to try your hand at MMA? Your first workout is free with us! You can join us at any time – our school/academy is open all year round for new competitors. If you decide to start your first workout, you don’t need your own equipment right away. All you need is comfortable sportswear, water, flip-flops and a towel. Remember that no equipment is required for the beginners group.
